Acme Solar has filed an application in the Supreme Court seeking permission to the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) pass orders reserved before August 28.
The company, in its intervention application, told the court that there are 174 such cases where hearings have concluded and orders reserved.
“The commission has told the apex court that there are about 174 such cases where hearings have concluded and orders were reserved. We would like the Commission to place on record an affidavit setting out the accuracy of the facts in this behalf and as to on which dates the judgments have been reserved,” the Supreme Court ordered on Monday.
The affidavit has to be filed within two weeks. The matter has been listed on December 4, 2020.
